* We inspect & identify mold, write required remediation plans and confirm mold remediation. State of the air water and moisture detection equipment (infrared, moisture meters), accredited labs, standards and protocols used.
* Best value in South Florida! Ethical, certified, established, insured, licensed and reputable with 25 years' experience.
* Exceeds State requirements. Advanced building forensics.
* Professional inspection/risk assessments of: black mold (all molds), water intrusion, water damage, indoor air quality, bio deterioration, allergy causing contamination - residential and commercial buildings.
We Exceed All State Standards - In Certification, License, Experience & Trust!
We performed mold assessments decades before State licensing. We helped form the industry. Work is peer reviewed by board certified industrial hygienists who have double the State standards (at no extra charge).
* We meet insurance requirements and follow ANSI/IICRC S500 standards and others (NORMI, NACHI, FL Rule 61-31.701 et al.)
Do not be fooled by trumped-up websites. Do your research! A CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist), is, by far, the highest standard you can trust for all microbial growth, indoor air quality, risk engineering, environmental health, industrial hygiene, mold assessing, water damage causation, bacteria, fungi, virus - you name it - identification, evaluation and control.
We use the most advanced instrumentation and inspection process: infrared cameras, moisture meters, temperatures, PCR, bioluminescence, ATP, RLU, DNA, biolfilm, swap, air sampling (spore trap, culturable), visuals - we have the tools to ensure any measure of contamination and cleanliness is utilized.
We are also certified in risk management so we don't just throw a report at you, we assess your risk overall which and help you interpret all the nomenclature, standards and guidelines mean - what all the evaluations we perform (and those of thousands of others like yours), actually means to you practically. We communicate all this for your particular situation whether it be a curious homeowner or one involving significant potential health threats of occupants and/or other project complexity including litigation.
We also meet or beat any price or service anywhere with guaranteed quality. Ask for a copy of a report, sanitized and ask for one of ours and you will see there is no comparison. So you will pay more right? No, we meet or beat any price.
We have fast response, quality assessment and honest evaluation!
What you need to know: If you've done your homework already, you know air testing for mold is not usually necessary or advised by top authorities, but there are times when it is advised or you just want it for peace of mind. We don't try to test just so we can make a buck, and don't just forward the lab's report to you with no effort to actually report what's what (unless that's all you want). We make sense out of the data so you understand the implications of what conclusion are and are not feasible to make. And if mold remediation is necessary we outline why and prepare you for the mold remediators by providing the scope of work beforehand. (The State does not permit the mold assessor and the remediator to be the same company for obvious conflict of interest reasons).
Many assessors perform mold - but that's all! But what about expertise to address other potential indoor air quality issues if applicable? What if there is no observable mold? Should you still pay a hefty price for a report? We are qualified to give you the whole picture with additional certification credentials* that far exceed State mold qualification requirements. Our additional extensive expertise and input is provided at no extra charge when we conduct mold surveys. Why settle for less? Our prices are very highly competitive.
(*For example, the American Board of Industrial hygiene (ABIH), and of Board of Certified Safety Professionals, (BCSP), are the most recognized credential granting institutions with the most rigorous and trusted academic and experienced-based credentials for their members. They certify professionals, (CIHs / CSPs), and hold them accountable to high ethical standards after requiring stringent academic, documented years of experience, rigorous examinations and continuing education requirements. Other standards for mold and water damage inspections also exist such as the all important IICRC, AIHA, ACGIH, and others).
